Zijn voornaamste doelstelling is het uitwerken van voorstellen die de harmonisering
van expertiseprocedures op burgerlijk gebied bevorderen en de grondvesten te

A l’initiative de monsieur Georges de Leval, professeur de droit judiciaire et en étroite collaboration avec monsieur André Kilesse, la Faculté organise, cette année académique pour la 1ère fois, une formation en expertise judiciaire comptable. Elle aura lieu au Sart Tilman (Faculté de droit), à horaire décalé de 18h à 21 heures, un soir par semaine du 10 octobre 2011 à fin avril 2012. La formation est assurée par des membres du corps académique, des avocats, des magistrats et des réviseurs d’entreprise. La réussite de l’examen donne droit à la délivrance d’un certificat d’université.
